USWL have decided to implement FI (Finance), CO (Controlling), SD (Sales & Distribution), MM (Materials Management), PP (Production & Planning) and QM (Quality Management) modules. Business of sugar, sugar ship, distillery & liquor and co-generation at Ugar and sugar & co-generation at Jewargi has been identified as the scope for the SAP implementation.

Thereby, the Prestigious Project Lakshya was launched on 23rd June 2008 and the team was formed as under.
