A well know industrialist in the sugar industry, Mr.Shirgaokar has been serving the organization for the last 41 years. He graduated with B.Sc. (Honours) and B.Sc. in Chemical Engineering from a London University.

He has been instrumental in developing the Distillery and the IML section of the Ugar Sugar Works Ltd. He is also actively involved in the strategy and new projects evaluation of the organization. Additionally Mr. Shirgaokar has actively contributed towards the environment & pollution control areas of the organization.
