Mr. Kulkarni’s academic qualifications include a Bachelor’s Degree in Arts and a Bachelor’s Degree in Law.

He is a certified Company Secretary and is also a Fellow Member of Institute Of Company Secretaries Of India. He has over 24 years of experience and has been working with the Company for the last 20 years.
