Mrs. Suneeta S. Thakur is a Bachelor of Science in Microbiology, Recipient of National Merit Scholarship throughout College education.

She has more than 33 year experience in Saraswat Bank Ltd (Commercial Banks), and has handled various tasks/functions/ assignments such as planning and O & M departments, updation and revision of standard Operation Manuals, ISO certification for the Bank,.

Mrs. Thakur retired as Deputy Managing Director of Saraswat Bank Ltd, Pune in 2011.

Mrs. Thakur was member of a Committee formed by RBI on RTGS and on a committee for forming an organization for handling retail payment systems

Mrs. Thakur was appointed as Non-Executive Independent Director on the Board from 79th Annual General Meeting held on 14th August 2019.
