Mr. Shirgaokar’s academic qualifications include a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the College of Engineering, Bijapur, Karnataka University. This was followed by a Masters Degree in Business Administration from the University of New Hampshire, USA in 1990.

He has over 15 years of work experience. He has worked for R.E.Sanderson & Associates, New York as a Junior Consultant.
