Mr. Hari Y. Athawale, is the Independent and Non-Executive Director of our Company.

He is Masters in Science (Major- Statistics) from Pune University (1962) and Diploma in Systems Analysis from New York University, New York (1985). He has Over 22+ years of the Banking experience in State Bank of India, the largest commercial bank in India, having worked in Senior Executive Positions covering various responsibilities. He has also worked with State Bank of India, New York Office , Bank of New Zealand, New York, ICICI Ltd which later became ICICI Bank Ltd.
